GENERAL CONTRACTING

Complete buildings and renovations are our specialty. There is nothing more satisfying for us than satisfying our clients, and efficiently and expertly bringing a project from merely a drawing on a page to a fully realized work of art is what we do best. But we are happy to take on what some might consider “smaller” jobs (cabinetry, flooring, painting, plastering, tiling, etc.). Similarly, larger scale partial renovations are also welcome; cosmetic makeovers, masonry facade renovations — we do it all.

DESIGN BUILD

We have design-build relationships with several architects. Working with a designer and a builder from the very beginning of a project—indeed, in some cases, even before anything has been planned—can save you money on both the design and construction of your project and radically shorten its time to completion.

GREEN BUILDING (ENERGY STAR & LEED-RATED)

We are experienced in both Energy Star and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ratings. Whether you want your building to qualify for an official certification, or you simply want to build a healthier, more energy-efficient home, we are qualified to help you achieve your goals in the most economical way possible.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

For certain owners or projects, hiring a firm to construction manage a project may be the quickest or most economical way to get your job done within designed parameters. We can provide a range of services starting at the pre-design stage and continuing all the way through project completion.

PrE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

We offer a range of services designed to ensure that your project can be built on budget and on time, before you end up too far down a path that turns out to be unfeasible. We can work with you and/or your designer to prepare cost analyses, site condition evaluations, scheduling estimates, etc., during or after your project is designed, resulting in a project that meets aesthetic, time, and cost criteria.

A qualified builder solely representing your interests during the construction of a project—especially larger ones on short time schedules—can help ensure that the work is done right, at the right cost, right on time.
